To View the Tasks During the Preview

Click the Display Active Tasks During Preview tool.

The Active Schedule Entries dialog opens. You can dock this dialog to the edge of the application window.

This dialog shows the task, the start and end times of the task and the percentage of completion for the task.
In the Animator Preview dialog, click Play.
The task, the start and end times of the task and the percentage of completion for the task display as you proceed through the simulation.
In the Animator Preview dialog, scroll forwards or backwards through the animation sequence to see any portion of the schedule with its related tasks and percentage of completeness. As you scroll, the information in the Active Schedule Entries dialog updates according to where you are in the schedule.
